The original RodentRadar hardware offer was a single package that tried to cover every use case. Conversations with exterminators made it clear that monitoring needs come in two stages: initial assessment and ongoing watch. The product is now split into a Watch Kit (4 sensors) for ongoing monitoring contracts and a Diagnostic Kit (8 sensors) for deeper inspections. This aligns better with exterminator workflows and cash-flow timing, making it easier for partners to start small and expand.
