MyAlphaPics was originally built as a Flutter app distributed through Google Play. That meant store approval delays, update friction, and a dependency on a platform we didn't control. Using OpenClaw, the accumulated domain knowledge built into the game — the letter-learning logic, the photo integration workflow, the scoring system — was converted into a Next.js progressive web app. The result is the same product with direct distribution, no store dependency, faster updates, and a better path to reaching parents wherever they are.
