Added EntryOrder.com to the active portfolio

Designed and built a two-sided marketplace where fans bid for early entry at general admission events and service customers book skilled trades with deposits and automated waitlist filling. The project started with real conversations — a mechanic describing lost revenue from no-shows, the realization that queue position has monetary value across industries. From there: a complete project brief, 13-table relational schema designed as a single coherent blueprint, coding conventions document, and five phased build specifications. Each phase was scoped, sequenced, and built against the shared schema — no improvisation, no conflicting patterns. The result: auth with role-based dashboards, event creation with bidding and QR entry validation, service slot management with bulk scheduling, deposit-backed booking with cancellation policy enforcement, priority waitlist with automated fill, Stripe Connect payment integration, email and push notifications, a demand-driven business onboarding engine, and PWA support. 71 routes, 116 files, zero build errors. Deployed to production with Nginx reverse proxy and SSL. Separate Bootstrap marketing site for the public-facing landing page.
