Integrating Wiz bulbs with DuoCore

A number of our projects benefit from being able to directly control lights in the home. Whether it's wispyalert turning on lights at night, rodent radar possibly creating an environment that might discourage a rodent from entering, or turning on lights for an elderly person when they get up at night at start moving towards the bathroom.
